Ryan Green
Founder & CEO — CareClarity
Ryan founded CareClarity to give children's residential care teams the compliance support they need — expert, immediate, and built around the regulatory framework that governs their work.
Background
CareClarity was built from a direct understanding of what children's residential care teams face — the documentation pressures, the inspection preparation, and the gap between what the regulations require and the support available to practitioners in the field. Ryan founded GFE Tech Group Ltd to close that gap, starting with the seven tools that make up CareClarity.
The platform is aligned to the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the nine Quality Standards, the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) April 2026, and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2026 — the same frameworks Ofsted use when they inspect.
