Health and Well-being
Regulation 10Physical and emotional health given equal weight, with outcomes acted on.

Regulation 11Staff who understand each child's behaviour and adapt their approach over time.
Protection of Children
Regulation 12LimitingConcerns referred without delay, and risk assessments kept specific and current.
Leadership and Management
Regulation 13Oversight that identifies real issues and drives action, evidenced in Reg 44 and 45.
Care Planning
Regulation 14A current, individual care plan that is genuinely being followed in practice.
Standard 7 is a limiting judgement. Serious weakness in safeguarding can result in an Inadequate overall grade, however strong the other eight are.
